প্রতিবছর শীতকাল আসার সাথে সাথে পিঠা, চিড়ার কথা মনে পড়ে।মজার মজার হরেক রকমের পিঠা আর এই পিঠার স্বাদ তৈরি করে যে উপাদানটি সেটা হলো গুড়, বিশেষ করে পাটালি গুড়। ইন্টারনেটের কল্যানে পাটালি গুড় সম্পকে অনেক তথ্য জানলাম খুব ভালো লাগলো, শুধু কী ভালো লাগলেই চলবে,তাই রিয়াজউদ্দিন বাজার থেকে নিয়ে আসলাম
