Oh Princess! only the photos of this dish made me hungry. It looks so tasty and full of natural flavor of tofu, soy-sauce and other ingredients. It must be very nutritious and good for health as traditional Japanese food is considered full of anti-oxidants and other useful ingredients which increase life expectancy.
