Why you need a salad of spinach
500 g baby spanac
100 g of dried lingonberry
2 avocado
100 g nuts
peppermint, optionally
coriander, optionally

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

How to prepare salad spinach
