Last Saturday I celebrated my father's birthday in a very special restaurant with my family. It is named "Los Balcones", a very special restaurant in the province of Alicante that aims to offer a healthy alternative free of GMOs, additives, pesticides and other chemicals that greedy companies like Monsanto bombard us to the detriment of our own health. An invisible murderer who acts from the shade day after day in the vast majority of products that you buy in the supermarket.
The proposal of this restaurant is really attractive. Everything that comes is totally organic, ecological and cultivated in its own 30-hectare farm. It is a family restaurant in a beautiful location and with more than 5 decades of tradition. And most importantly: everything is delicious, and there is no more guilty feelings after eating it.
The restaurant itself is defined as: "Healthy cooking for people who care about their food, the menu varies with the seasons of the year because our organic garden is our pantry and the best supplier."
Despite it also offers some meat from their own pen, it specializes in vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, gluten-free,
as well as desserts without allergens but with all the color and flavor.
Undoubtedly, a whole gastronomic experience back to the natural rather than recommended.
Over the years and the awareness of the world in which we live, my concern for the quality of the food I put into my body has been increasing to the emotional age it deserves. They poison us every day with a multitude of harmful additives and treat us as mere cattle to feed as cheaply as possible.
That's why I think that becoming aware of this is fundamental and that alternatives like this restaurant should be popularized and be among the habits of the general public.

Felicidades a tu papa , que Dios lo llene de salud y sean muchos mas , respecto a las comidas que degustaron todo se ve delicioso y saludable, me parece sensacional que las personas piensen en su salud y coman cosas sanas , se debe hacer eco y comer lo mas sano posible y así poder evitar enfermedades a futuro.
