In the world of fingerfoods nobody can go to the chicken nuggets, which is both a favorite of children and adults. But this food, so it should not be healthy, would be what we would have done to make the vegetables in place of a chicken nugget. Ingredients for Vegetable Nuggets:
Cauliflower 2 pcs
broccoli 1 pcs

Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
Onion powder 1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon
Sea salt 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
Eggs 2 pcs
Breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs 1 and a half
Vegetable Nuggets:
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Separate half a dozen cauliflower and pour it into the feeder. Grind the flowers to make rice. Remove 2 pcs if you get extra cauliflower, leave it for the next promise.
Steam broccoli for 5 to 6 minutes.
You can steam the cabbage inside the microwave oven.
Add the vegetables, cheese, garlic and spices to the feeder and mix.
Stir eggs in a separate container.
Add eggs and 1 cup of breadcrumbs or bread powder to the ingredients in the feeder and stir.
Put the remaining bread in the separate dish. Smooth the ingredients in small rounded pieces and place in the bread crumbs.
Then place them in a greasy fat tray and cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until it's crispy.
Tip: If you want to fry the nuggets, heat the oil pan and fry the nuggets for 8 to 10 minutes.
Vegetables can be served with your favorite sauce. Mustard sauce, ketchup or any other sauce you like, but it will taste better with barbecue sauce. Serve yogurt in addition to the delicious flavor of this meal.
