RECIPE
Crust
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp brown rice syrup
1 tsp cacao powder
Filling
2.1/2 tbsp peanut butter
2 heaped tbsp brown rice syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Chocolate or peanut butter chips and chocolate syrup to decorate.
To create the base, add all of the base ingredients into a food procesor and blend until everything start to stick together.
Transfer this into your tart cases and firmly press the mixture into the base of the tin and around the edges.
Pop these in the freezer and allow to set whilst you make the filling.
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, syrup, vanilla and salt until smooth and creamy.
You can add a little milk to help everything blend if needed.
Add the filling into the centre of the tarts and return them into the freezer for about 2 hours to set.
Decorate with chocolate syrup and some chocolate and peanut butter chips. Enjoy!!
