Alla - With a supreme effort of willpower, I stayed away from your blogs for 24 hours! I lost about 2 KGs just by not drooling at your desserts. I can not do that any longer. I rushed and looked for your blogs to find this meringue recipe. MMMMMouth Watering ! Thanks. Upvoted
I went on am early morning photography and bird outing today to shake off my Monday blues. Have written a blog with collages of some nice birds (made with my original photos). I also wrote a blog over the weekend with my musings about 'Sting like a butterfly and float/fly like a bee' philosophy for life. I request you to take a look when you have time and let me know your views. Your comments will be eagerly awaited. Thanks
hahah you are so funny! :) i just posted a new one! :P
I love marshmallows! :) Thanks for sharing

Loving this recipe :D
Love to see you using agar agar instead of gelatin. :)
heheh yeah its good ;) doesnt work as well with gelatine!
That looks absolutely delicious. :)
I have eaten something similar in Latin America, although simpler (no blueberries for example).
hehe thanks so much ;)
I'd like to try your recipe. It looks and sounds like it isn't that hard of a dessert dish. That's cool that you also have it put on youtube, putting it on more than one website is a sure fire way to get more exposure and also credit for your work as a cook. Post more, I'd like to see more tasty desserts!
Interesting...looks like the top of cup cakes :) however, sure it taste different but still delicious.

You might be able to use less sugar if you use frozen wild blueberries they have a more pronounced and sweeter flavor.
