You can also use Carob powder whenever a recipe calls for chocolate or cocoa. To replace cocoa for carob, simply use the same amount of carob. To replace chocolate with carob, use approximately three tablespoons of carob powder for each square of chocolate that the recipe calls for.

Chocolate & Orange is hands down one of my favorite flavor profiles. Have you ever tried to do candied orange peels dipped in chocolate? or actually they might be better as garnish because it much easier to eat than a raw peel.
