Oooooo chicken cutlets - these are always delicious and form an excellent combo with mashed potatoes or salad. These are even more yummy thanks to the addition of egg and white bread - definitely haven't had chicken cutlets like these before but now I'm excited to try them! Great dinner idea Alla!

I love kotleti so much. I love chicken, but beef kotleti is my absolute favorite. With mashed potatoes on the side. Yum. I haven't made chicken ones in so long, thanks for reminding me I'll definitely grab the ingredients next time at the store... just to freshen up my taste buds.

Tried eating something like this made by my russian friend a few months ago. And i must say, this food really, really, i mean REALLY, tastes awesome! She also some cutlets with cheese inside that melts and fills your mouth after biting, and i must say, its like heaven! She also served me this with pasta and buttered veggies on the side. It was really amazing. :) just searching for the pictures tho. Will be posting once I see it. :)

I enjoy your vids and really like the backstory of what russian/latvian specialties they are. Makes me feel like I'm a bit more international for learning about them.
Not to mention that they look absolutely delicious. You've even inspired me to watch out for people stealing recipes and reporting them to the steemcleaners. I've found two so far -- you do so much good work it gets me a bit cross when I see blatant copying by others.

A healthier version of your normal chicken nuggets. Looks great as a meal or as snacks throughout the day. Good dish to try and make.
