They are soft as well, but more juicier, with a different coating on top. They are quite tricky to make, after baking them, they must have the right consistency to absorb that honey and spices flavoured syrup. They are also called Greek Christmas honey cookies.
Is there a different name for these? Slang maybe? Im sure ive tasted it, just - name doesnt fit into what i remember :)

Initially they reminded me of Russian Tea Cakes but these are different. Life is busy for me now but great. I'm releasing two books this year. I am really hoping that we can make it to Lisbon!
