Spiral Vegetable Tart lookd more of an art than as a food. You can just display it in an art gallery and no one would ever even recognise this is as food. It will pass as art with flying colors.

You always come up with the best recipes! At first glance, it looks like a dessert, until you zoom in and realize it just rolled up vegetables lol (with a little egg, milk, and cheese). This seems like a fun meal and something I'll definitely have to try :)

Very artistic, salubrious and just fantastic to stare at as you gobble up each nutritious bite! This is fantastic Alla - and you've included zucchinis and carrots with eggplant. Awesome, I could certainly get used to eating this every night for dinner or getting up a little later every morning to have this for brunch too. ;)
