Beautiful recipe Alla! Always a smart idea to pair fat-rich foods like cream cheese with vegetables high in fat-soluble nutrients like vitamins A, E, and K! Makes them way more absorbable and the meal as a whole, healthier! OH. And this looks delicious too haha! Keep up the great posts! <3

I love eating things like this, so light and loaded with great nutrients, they look beautiful with all that color. I just did an awesome recipe for them a few days ago and my wife forgot to hit record when she moved the camera. I put organic black beans with tons of veggies and avocado with cumin and cilantro, it was like a southwestern style.

Love what you do! Keep it comin' as my family is in the vegetarian camp kids and all! The health benefits have been nothin' short of superb. Adding new dishes is a must to keep the kids on board although they don't favor meats anymore. Koool stuff. Much appreciated as always!
