Sharing with you some beautiful soul food!
Some times I have this cravings for particular foods, and even if I have never cooked it before, the journey of cooking it begins.
What a time to be alive, you don't know how to do something? Just type it in and there will be plenty of videos of people teaching you their talents.
My fried chicken is wonderful, so I thought I will use the same method of frying the fish.
Defrosting and marinating with salt, some Taros and 2 beaten eggs, seasoned flour with salt waiting for later
Ingredients for the dip - Tahini, Bulgarian sour milk, dill, garlic
The dip did no go as expected, it was too runny but still delicious!

If you want the perfect fried potatoes, try frying them twice.
Fry until a little soft, get them out.
Give them 10-15 min to cool down and throw them back in the fryer until crispy.

The late night munchie leftovers sandwich:
fish file with some cheese and drizzle with dipping sauce and some mayo on the other end
