Keto friendly natural sweeteners are stevia extract, monk fruit extract, or sugar alcohol. Other than that you'd have to use the nasty stuff like aspartame

I know I am still learning about keto, I was so close then I learned about the maple syrup was an issue lol...next time. Thanks for the info.
