Have you ever thought of making baking powder by yourself?
I had been using store bought baking powder until I discovered
the homemade baking powder in Martha Stewart's website a year ago.
I tried it and it was so easy. Fantastic! You only need two ingredients.
You can make anytime when you run out of it.
According to the sources on the Internet,
you can test to see if the baking powder is still fresh or not.
Simply add some water into the baking powder, it is still good if you can see bubbles.
Baking powder has a life span of 6 months if stored properly.
