Pancakes are quiet a healthy,tasty and easy to acook meal for the breakfast in the western countries.Normally we eat food which are light and easily digestible in morning to feel fresh and light.Pancakes i this case is one of te best options in for for breakfast.It is available in a variety of recipes if we search in the internet.This also adds to likes to the food.It is most generally popular in teens and young working youths working who are unable to spare much time for meal.
Benifits:
Pancakes are healthy if baked in wholewheat and it is a good source of calcium for the body.Its rich fruit content adds to the quality of the food.I would prefer preparing the food in home in the oven itself as it is very easy to cook.
Risks:
It is sometimes harmful for overating anything and pancakes as well.We should eat pancakes only prepared in our homes rather than buying from outside.We should keep changing our foods for breakfast regularly and take good care of sugar content in our food.It would be helpful for all foods.
