Material:
300 gr high protein flour
50 gr milk powder
1 tbsp of instant yeast
75 gr sugar
1 tbsp butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
100 ml of water Warm / cold water (can be less can more)
Toping:
Sufficient Dark Chohlate Cooking
Sufficient White Chocolate
Sufficient Food Coloring
To taste butter
Adequate Meses Colors
Sufficiently Fried Peanuts
Sufficient Almond Nuts
How to make:
- Mix wheat flour, sugar, milk powder, instant yeast, stir until blended. Then enter the fine potatoes, pour the eggs and cold water / warm water, knead until smooth and half-calf.
- Enter the butter and salt, keep it until the calyx is elastic. Let stand for 15 minutes. Take the dough, thin rollers approximately 1-1.5 cm. Lift and turn the dough. Roll back slowly.
- Use the donut mold to form a hollow donut in the center. Lift it slowly and move it to the flattened flat base. Do all the dough until it runs out. Wait for the dough to expand 2x as much.
