Recipe Fried Vermicelli with Egg (Bihun Goreng Plus Telur) Bilingual

Friends steemians, tonight I want to present delicious and savory snacks as my dinner menu that is, Fried Vermicelli with Egg.

There are many types of noodles in Indonesia, and from so many types of noodles, vermicelli is one of my favorite noodles that I always provide stock at home, because vermicelli is a practical food to serve and it is also very delicious if we are good at processing it.

Would steemians friend want to try it? This is the recipe to make fried vermicelli with egg the delicious and very tasty.


Ingredients the Needed


  • 2 pieces of vermicelli.

  • 30 gr leaves of cabbage.
  • 2 stalks of celery and leek.
  • 1 onion cloves.
  • 15 pieces of chili pepper.

  • 1 egg.
  • 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce.
  • salt to taste.
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • 2 ml of water

Ingredients the Mashed


  • 2 cloves red onion.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper.
  • 3 pieces of candlenuts.

How to Cook


  • thin chopped cabbage leaves, onions, celery and leeks, then wash.

  • then soak vermicelli into hot water until vermicelli tender, then drain it.

  • then heat the vegetable oil into the skillet, then saute onion until wilted.

Sahabat steemians, malam ini saya ingin menyajikan cemilan yang lezat dan gurih sebagai menu makan malam saya yaitu, Bihun Goreng plus Telur.

Ada banyak jenis Mie yang ada di Indonesia, dan dari sekian banyaknya jenis Mie, bihun merupakan salah satu mie favorit saya yang selalu saya sediakan stok dirumah, karena bihun merupakan makanan yang praktis untuk di sajikan dan rasanya juga sangat lezat jika kita pandai mengolahnya.

Apakah sahabat steemians mau mencobanya? Inilah resep membuat bihun goreng plus telur yang lezat dan nikmat.


Bahan Yang Dibutuhkan


  • 2 keping bihun jagung.

  • 30 gr daun kol.
  • 2 batang daun seledri dan daun bawang.
  • 1 siung bawang bombay.
  • 15 buah cabe rawit.

  • 1 butir telur ayam.
  • 5 sendok makan kecap manis.
  • garam secukupnya.
  • 5 sendok makan kecap manis.
  • 3 sendok makan minyak sayur.
  • 2 ml air

Bahan Yang Dihaluskan


  • 2 siung bawang merah.
  • 3 siung bawang putih.
  • 1 sendok makan lada.
  • 3 buah kemiri.

Cara Memasak


  • rajang daun kol, bawang bombay, daun seledri dan daun bawang secara tipis, lalu cuci bersih.

  • lalu rendam bihun kedalam air panas hingga bihun empuk, setelah itu tiriskan.

  • kemudian panaskan minyak sayur kedalam wajan, lalu tumis bawang bombay sampai layu.

  • lalu masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, tunggu sampai 5 menit.

  • lalu masukkan daun kol dan berikan sedikit air, lalu masak sampai daun kol setengah empuk, dan airnya pun mengering.

  • lalu masukkan telur, aduk-aduk sampai telurnya tercampur rata.

  • lalu masukkan cabe rawit secara utuh.

  • setelah itu masukkan bihun, garam dan kecap manis. Aduk-aduk sampai semuanya tercampur rata.

  • lalu masukkan daun seledri dan daun bawang, aduk-aduk lagi agar tercampur.

  • jika dirasa bihun gorengnya sudah cukup matang, angkat dan segera hidangkan selagi hangat.
