Geetha Mam, this one is definitely interesting, I have generally relished the ones made with wheat flour and rice flour, but Ragi is really an interestingly healthy option. We never tried with Ragi because of its dark color and eventually the final product, however after seeing this, I think I too should give it a try. Coconut milk is also healthy option, usually I use freshly ground.

Hi Sir @amitsharma... Yes, this comes out very tasty. But we must buy the Ragi powder from a good branded company. If we mix all the ingredients and keep for some time, it takes just 5 minutes of cooking time.. Thank you for reading my blog. :)
