Morning on my side of the world! So that means smoothie time!!! Just made this yummy drink and enjoyed it while reading one of my favorite local magazines, Asia Life. Nothing better than a relaxed morning to start your day!

Ingredients

2 cups water
2 cups Chinese or napa cabbage
1 cup carrot, roughly chopped
2 cups mango chunks
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger or to taste
1 apple, cored
1 banana (frozen for extra creaminess)
1-2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil

Directions

  1. Blend Chinese cabbage and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base.

Happy Blending!!!

If you are quick, we have one glass left ;-)

Sounds delicious. I love Green Smoothies myself. I put all kinds of goodies in mine. I love Ginger in them, because it adds that special Zip!

Thank you @catmiller! I'm a ginger lover too!

Yumlicious-sounding recipe - also good to have if you're feeling a bit off-colour since ginger is so great for sickness/nausea.

True that! Nothing better than Mother Earth to heal your aches and pains.

I really should try this one!
Thanks for sharing :D

My pleasure! I hope you like it too ;-)
