Happy Sunday Funday to you all! I am really looking forward to a lazy day. Since it seems like it isn't going to stop raining I'm planning a very lazy day in the couch combined with an Archer marathon. If you have never seen the cartoon Archer... then you are missing out! Be sure to watch it without the kids though!!! It's more a grown up cartoon that might be a bit too disturbing for the kids :-)
Anyway enjoy today's green drink and have a lovely Sunday ;)
Ingredients (serves 2-3)
3 cups bok choy
3 passion fruits
1 banana
2 cups mango
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
3 tbsp cacao powder
ginger to taste
3 cups water
Directions
- Blend bok choy and water until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can blend everything at once.
- Optional: top with toppings/superfoods of your choice (chia seeds, goji berries, desiccated coconut, hemp hearts etc.)
Happy blending!

Have a great lazy sunday dear, it's raining too here in Mauritius!
Hello my dear @amy-goodrich, always a pleasure reading your amazing smoothies recipe! @progressivechef
Thanks @progressivechef! Nothing better than a relaxing rainy day. Love the sound of the rain on the big banana leaves... so peaceful!
sounds good, have you ever added turmeric to this recipe? I had a smoothie similiar today and added the gold stuff. It was suggested by my husband :)
We add it all the time, but not to this one since we ran out of fresh turmeric. Such a wonderful spice. Yummy in most dishes! Thanks for your comment and tip @wenwolfe ;)
Yummm, love the ingredients. I am a huge fan of Bok Choy lol. One of my favorite greens, just because I have grown up eating it and it grows so well here in Florida.
Thanks @healthyrecipe! It's a go-to veggie in Cambodia too.
Just the sound of it is making my mouth water right now :D
Hehe! Thanks @journeyoflife
This one will be fun to try
Fun and yummy... what else do you need! Thanks @gringalicious for taking the time to comment!
