Thanks, @govegan! Ohh forgot about polenta. We ate it regularly when we lived in Europe. Not sure if they sell it in the supermarket in Cambodia, though! Will look for it! We try to avoid bread as much as possible too since my husband has MS (which he manages with food, no meds). Thanks for the wonderful tips and looking forward to seeing more of your cooking and tips and tricks to live a vegan lifestyle.
