That's so great to hear. Adding more plant-based meals to your diet is so beneficial. It helped my hubby go off his weekly sick-making injection for MS.

oh yeah, I do have a healthy diet I am just convincing myself that I should do it all the time and mostly 80% vegan, which I'm not that far away I just never say no no anything :P maybe I need to start hahaha
