Ingredients.
- 2 pounds of tilapia fish.
- Pieces rice paper wrapper.
- 8 cloves garlic.
- Fish sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper, chilli, honey, oyster sauce, fresh lime juice, rice vinegar.
- Vegetable: Mint, coriander.
- 1 Carrot (cut into julienne).
- 1 cucumber (cut into julienne).
- 1/4 pineapple pineapple (thinly sliced).
- Rice noodles.
Instructions.
- Prepare the sauce: Mix well 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, chilli (if you like spicy), 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons honey.
- Marinade fish with the sauce you've just prepared for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. So the fish can soak up and flavor.
- Remove the fish from the marinade and grill on the both side for about 20 minutes until golden, or you can fry the fish until golden brown.
For dipping sauce:
In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons vinegar,4 tablespoons lime juice, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, garlic, chilli, cool water and stir together. Add sugar and fish sauce to taste.
The important thing is that taste the sauce (sweet and sour).If you using dried rice noodles: bring a large pot of water to boil, soak rice noodles, stiriing until softened, usually about 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with cool boiled water.
To eat: Wrap grilled fish with carrot, cucumber, pineapple, rice noodles in pieces rice paper wrapper. Serve with dipping sauce.
