Ingredients.
- 300 grams minced pork.
- 1 shallot (finely chopped).
- A bunch of piper lolot.
- Dried cat ear mushroom, green onion (chopped).
- Salt, sugar and black pepper.
- 1/4 cup tempura flour.
Instructions.
- Drain and rinse piper lolot leaves.
- Soak mushrooms with hot water for about 10 minutes until turn soft, rinse and finely chopped.
- Combine the minced pork with green onion, shallot, mushrooms and 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix well for about 10 minutes. The pork can flavor.
- Combine tempura flour with cool water in a large bowl until well blended.
- Put the mixture pork in piper lolot and fold, put piper lolot leaves in powder to coat.
- Heat vegetable oil in the saucepan over medium low heat. Add the prepared piper lolot leaves and fry well on the both side until golden and crispy.
- Put the piper lolot leaves into a strainer to drain oil.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce.
