Ingredients.
- 200 grams beef tenderloin (very thinly sliced).
- 1/2 onion (thinly sliced).
- 1/2 red pepper (thinly sliced).
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped).
- Basil leaves.
- Oyster sauce, fish sauce, black pepper, vegetable oil, salt.
Instructions.
- Mix well beef with 1 teaspoon salt in a bowl for about 20 minutes. So the beef can soak up.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat, add garlic and fry well until golden. Then add the beef, stir-fry well for about 2 minutes until has a little pink inside. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan which you've just cooked the beef and cook in the leftover beef oil. Add onions and red pepers and stir-fry well together until browned. Then add the beef back in, add oyster sauce, fish sauce. Stir-fry for a few seconds and add basil until just wilted. Final step is add black pepper on top.
- Serve hot with cooked rice.
And done, hope you enjoy!

Hi,
This is a very interesting technique to use in order to make a beef stir fry.
I believe it takes some extra time to fry beef first with garlic, and then with onions and the rest of the ingredients, but the end result should be worth the effort and be double tasty!
awesome recipe will try thank you :)
