How tasty is a good plate of food, especially when it has a succulent piece of meat, but where does this term come from? Did you know that it comes from the Latin caro or carnis with the same meaning. Of course we did not know, but what we do know is where they get the meat, which can be cow, pork, lamb, poultry, molluscs and seafood.
The most important thing is what we prepare with it that can be: grills or roasts, stews, baked meat, meatballs and, everything that comes to mind. I would not reach a line to detail what is done with it, suffice it to say that we love a good roast meat with all its companions (in the case of Venezuela a roasted meat comes with yucca, salad and guasacaca).
