We found them on the food that we eat everyday.

They are affordable, quite cheap actually, common, easy to grow and available in almost anywhere on earth.

Most like it, a few hate it

They have been used for thousands of years. Words had it that the builders of the Great Pyramid of Giza ate garlics to strengthen their immune system, boost strength and as a natural anti-biotic.

Years ago i had skin problems on my back and having read of its anti-fungal, anti-bacteria and anti-inflammation properties, i crushed many cloves of fresh garlic and applied them on my back and leave it on for about 45 minutes. I bathe after that because of the smell. It works wonder, much more potent than the medicines: anti-biotic and creams given by the doctor.

The downside, my housemates complaints of the smells, accusing me of trying to ward off vampires!!!

Yes garlic is amazing! We use it for quite a bit at my house. I make garlic oil by mixing garlic with olive oil and warming it over the stove. This oil is great for ear infections! It always works on my children. Thanks for sharing the benefits. More people should know about this natural home remedy of using garlic instead of over the counter medicines if possible. 😊
