Cilok known as aci stands in colok is a snack that comes from Bandung flower city. Snacks or street food this one is made with starchy starch so no wonder if the texture is chewy.
Necessary materials :
- 100 grams of Wheat Flour
- 100 grams of Kanji Flour
- 4 grains of Garlic, Blend
- 1 stem of Onion Leaf
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon of Pepper
- 1 teaspoon of powdered broth
- Enough hot water
Soy bean ingredients:
- 100 grams of peanuts, fried with hot oil
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper, puree
- 1 clove garlic, fried
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing
How to make cilok:
- Mix all ingredients that have been prepared, ie wheat flour, starch, garlic, salt, pepper, powdered broth and leek until blended
in a container. - Insert hot water into the flour mixture bit by bit and stirring continuously using a wood spatula until the dough is dull and can
be formed easily. - Before boiling, heat the water in a panic first and wait until it boils. You can add olive oil or olive oil to the cooking water,
otherwise you can also use cooking oil. - Form the cilok dough into medium-sized spheres then boil or enter the dough sphere in a pot of boiled water that has been
prepared before. - Wait for a few minutes until the cilok ripens and floats on the surface - water. If cilok already float sign cilok already ripe and
can be lifted.
Drain the cilok and place it on a container or serving plate. Cilok ready to be served with peanut sauce or enough with your
favorite sauce.
