Ingredientes para el frotado de especias
2 chuletas de lomo de cerdo deshuesado
1/8 de cucharadita (1,5 g) de sal de ajo
1/4 (0,45 g) de cucharadita de cilantro molido
1/4 de cucharadita (0,6 g) de comino molido
1/4 de cucharadita (1 g) de azúcar moreno
1 cucharadita y media (7 ml) de aceite de oliva
Season pork chops with rubbed spices
- Remove the chops from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
- Sprinkle both sides of the chops with garlic salt.
![] - Mix the rest of the spices and sugar in a bowl. Remember that you can choose the spices to taste. You can use Tuscan, barbecue or rubbed Spanish and Indian spices, as they combine very well with pork.
![] - Gently rub the spice mixture on one side of the chop. Turn the meat over and rub the opposite side.
![] - Heat the pan over high heat. Add the olive oil and place the stove over medium heat. Turn the oil.
![] - Place the chops in the pan. Cook one side for two minutes or until it turns golden brown.
![] - Turn the pork chops with tongs and cook for four minutes. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature reaches 57 degrees Celsius (135 degrees Fahrenheit). When you do, place them for 10 minutes on the cutting board.
The meat will continue cooking and will reach the ideal internal temperature of 63 degrees Celsius (145 degrees Fahrenheit). [2]
