📜Ingredients:
✅200 g peeled shrimp,
✅1 avocado,
✅100 g canned pineapple,
✅4 tablespoons yogurt,
✅greens for decoration.
🛠Method:
1️⃣Boiled peeled shrimp cut into pieces.
2️⃣Avocado cut in half, remove the seeds, cut the flesh with a sharp knife crosswise and remove it to get the pumps.
3️⃣the Pulp is very finely chopped, add the canned pineapple and shrimp.
4️⃣add Salt, season with natural yoghurt and stir. Fill boats with mixture, garnish with parsley sprigs.
