Ingredients:
Shrimp — 450 g
Spaghetti — 400 g
Garlic — 3 cloves
Butter — 2 tbsp
Milk — 250 g
Low-fat cream 250 g
Parmesan — 130 g
Salt — 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper — 1 tsp
Broccoli — 100-150 g
Fresh parsley — 1 bunch
Corn starch — 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1. In a small container, dissolve the starch in milk. Set aside a bowl. Melt in a pan with high sides butter. Add the garlic cloves, fry until the garlic gives flavor and softens. Constantly stir, otherwise the garlic will burn.
2. Peel and wash shrimp. Place on the pan.
3. Pour shrimp, light cream, salt, add pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Stir. Pour the milk with the cornstarch in a pan, saute pan and bring the sauce until thick (after boiling, simmer for about 2-3 minutes).
5. In parallel, cook the spaghetti. Put the shrimp in the sauce. Immediately add broccoli.
6. Stir some more (about 3 minutes) extinguish all together and serve. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Spaghetti is not the better kind of pasta to use with shrimp ... is preferable to use fettucine or linguine (a flat spaghetti the best for me).
You have to know that normally spaghetti (and some other kind of pasta) have number/size, if you write spaghetti is better specify the number (i.e. nr. 5).
NEVER put the parmesan (or cheese) with the fish!
