2ļøā£ beat Eggs with sugar (amount of sugar can be reduced if the pumpkin is very sweet). Add a pinch of salt.
3ļøā£ Add egg mixture, pumpkin puree and melted butter. Beat. Add milk. Pour the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Beat.
4ļøā£ you Should get the dough thicker than for pancakes, and thinner than pancakes. Fry the pancakes on a dry pan (not nonstick) over medium heat. When the bottom is browned, gently prising with a knife, flip. Fried pancake quickly. Serve pancake with honey, chocolate, jam or maple syrup.
