Ingredients:
• corn (canned) - 0.5 ban.
• vegetable oil (for frying and dressings) - 2 - 3 tbsp.
• garlic - 1 tooth.
• carrots (depending on size, 200 - 250 gr) - 2 PCs
• mushrooms (canned) - 1 ban.
• cucumber (fresh) 1 - 2 piece
• salt
• black pepper (ground)
• lemon juice.
Preparation:
Fresh carrots cut into thin strips (or grate on a grater).
Garlic crumble pretty finely (matter of taste).
Fry carrots with garlic. Oil better than smaller, salad should not be oily.
Mushrooms also fry until done. Cooled.
Fresh cucumbers cut into slices (or get can on a coarse grater to grate).
With corn pour out the liquid.
Prepared vegetables mix and season with mixture of vegetable oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
