Vegetable cream soup

📌Try for dinner fragrant vegetable cream soup with croutons and mushrooms. You may wish to add other favorite veggies – the flavor will become richer and richer.

📜Ingredients:
✅300 g mushrooms,
✅200 g potatoes,
✅200 g zucchini,
✅1 onion,
✅1 carrot,
✅1 sweet pepper,
✅bunch of greens (dill, parsley),
✅a mixture of Provencal herbs,
✅2-4 slices of white bread,
✅100 g of cheese
✅70 g butter,
✅1 Cup of cream,

⏳Preparation:
