As a local here I would tell you "Make sure you wash good". Leave it in the water as long as you can. I only go there for fruits but I all stuff there is full of chemical stuff . Now I buy vegetables only in Organic market or in Rimping (just from the farm I trust ). I been crazy about organic stuff because my mother told me there is full of chemical vegetable in the market .

ok thank you anne :) i didn't know the chemicals were that bad, I usually wash them anyway but now I'll make sure i wash thoroughly ^.^
