Looking for something fatty, barbequed and tasty to pamper your stomachs? Here's one of those magical chinese culinary inventions that if done correctly, i mean in cooking terms of course, but trust us with this because it will actually literally 100% blow your minds! Introducing to you all, the infamous Char Siew, Shau Nyuk & Lap cheong a.k.a chinese sausage. Normally they use the belly part of the pork for this, perfectly charcoal roasted, sugary coated outside with a juicy inside that maximizes the taste & the texture of the final product that'll eventually find itself sliced and served on a plate. Eating this together with garlic ginger rice, putting a bit of chili on the meat for that extra kick and chew it slowly and savour that real oriental tastegasm along the way! Even the past emperors of China will roll in their graves begging to live again just to taste this. Haha!
