Ingredients.

  • 400 grams of cauliflower.
  • Green onion.
  • 25mls of tomato sauce.
  • 10mls of peanut oil.

Instructions.

  • Soak cauliflower with dilute salt water, then drain and rinse well. Removes stems, then thinly slice. Chopped green onion.
  • Heat oil into a frying pan, add green onion and fry well until fragrant, then add califlower and continue to stir fry well until soft. Pour a little of boiled cool water in and continue to cook for a minute, add salt to taste.
