- Steam sweet potatoes and pelled. In a large bowl, add sweet potatoes in, mix well with 15mls of condensed milk and crush well. Add tapioca starch, hot water (about 90 - 100°C), mix well, then knead until have a dough. Rest for about 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal parts, quilling the dough with the sweet potatoes mixture which you have prepared. Make balls.
- Into a saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil, add balls until the balls float on top is done. Then serve with pomelo syrup.
