I have been loving korean food lately. I don't know why but I'm loving the spiciness and the savory one. Unfortunetaly, there's not many korean store around my neighbourhood. I had to order some of the ingredients to make the recipe.
Kkakdugi is a type of kimchi that made from diced radish. It’s a very common kind of kimchi and often used in Korean everyday meals along with baechu kimchi (napa cabbage kimchi).
