Bamboo Shoot Salad Northeastern Style
Ingredient
Grated into long strips 1 cup bamboo shoots .
Pounded Yanang leaves 1 cup .
1 cup water .
Salt 1 tsp.
1 tablespoon roasted rice .
1 tablespoon fish sauce .
Red onion 3 tablespoons soy .
Onion 3 tbsp .
Cut into pieces 3 tablespoons parsley .
1 tablespoon lemon juice .
Ho to do
1 . Boiled bamboo shoots and spinach lost .
2 . Yanang leaves mixed with water 1 cup boiling water to soften filter only boiled bamboo shoots are not salted boiling until soft . Lap shoot just squeeze the water out.
