Hi steemians!!! I’m back to share with you guys my shainghai recipe,
Again guys i’ve made This very simple yet very delicious mouth watery for you #foodlover
So here are the ingredients
• 1kilo ground chicken/pork/beef/shrimps
- 1 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 8 ounces water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 1 large carrot, peeled and shredded
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 50 pieces spring roll wrappers
- canola oil
- 2 pcs of chopped bell pepper
- Half cup of celery, finely chopped
- 2 pcs of egg
- Shanghai wrapper You can also add magic sarap to enhance more the taste
Just mix all the ingredients indicated above wrapp it with Shanghai wrapper then fry until it turns to a golden brown,

i read that shanghai didn't originate in Shanghai, China. I wonder where did the name came from.
