How to make delicious skotel macaroni in the style of a village person

macaroni
Plain UHT milk
Mozarella cheese
meat (can be corned beef, minced meat, thinly sliced bacon)

1 egg
parsley leaves, oregano
4 cloves garlic
1 clove onion
How to make :
- Boil macaroni until half cooked
- Saute the garlic, onions, and minced meat. Drain well
- Beat the milk with eggs, then add the sauteed garlic and bacon.
- Mix with macaroni that has been boiled
- If it is evenly mixed, add mozzarella cheese shavings. add salt and oregano stir well
- Check the taste, then pour into aluminum voil
- Top with mozzarella cheese again
- Steam with low heat approximately 25-30 minutes.
- Lift and serve
