This time I want to share how easy to make roasted meatballs at home. If we make ourselves may be more healthy.

Grilled Meatball
Ingredients :
- 9 seeds of cow meatballs
- 3 skewers
- 50 ml of hot water
Ground spices :
- 100 gr peanuts, fried
- 2 cloves of garlic, fried and sliced thinly
- 2 red chili pepper
- 2 red curly chili
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- Salt to taste
How to make :
- Prepare the skillet, heat the water until boiling. Then boiled meatballs, wait until bloom and then lift.
- Punch meatballs using satay puncture.
- Mix the spices smooth with hot water. Stir until well blended.
- Dip or apply a spice that has been mixed with hot water on the meatballs.
- Burn the meatballs while occasionally in basting again with the remaining seasoning, burn until cooked evenly.

Kali ini saya mau membagikan cara mudah membuat bakso bakar di rumah. Jika kita buat sendiri mungkin lebih sehatkan.
Ini saya bagikan resepnya.
Bakso Bakar
Bahan-bahan :
- 9 biji bakso sapi
- 3 tusuk sate
- 50 ml air panas
Bumbu Halus :
- 100 gr kacang tanah, di goreng
- 2 siung bawang putih, goreng lalu iris-iris tipis
- 2 cabai rawit merah
- 2 cabai keriting merah
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- Garam secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
- Siapkan wajan, pamaskan air hingga mendidih. Kemudian rebus bakso, tunggu hingga mekar lalu angkat.
- Tusuk bakso menggunakan tusukan sate.
- Campukan bumbu halus dengan air panas. Aduk sampai tercampur rata.
- Celupkan atau oleskan bumbu halus yang sudah di campur air panas pada bakso.
- Bakar bakso sambil sesekali di olesi lagi dengan sisa bumbu, bakar sampai matang merata.
