I share with my recipe chicken thigh baked with vegetables.
I begin to mix the spices: curry, curcuma, salt, pepper and a little vegetable oil.
I put the mixture on the chicken legs and I leave to rest.
In a poele I put a little vegetable oil of the grated ginger and I add the thighs to brown it a little. I put them in the oven for 30 minutes at 220 degrees. For accompaniment, vegetables steamed a little bit of olive oil fillet
