Wow - that looks super yum!! Yes, we love and eat sweet potato often, either the orange ones like your pictures, or the dark purple ones. My favourite way? Just simply roasted in the over with a little sesame oil, salt, crushed garlic and oregano. YUMMO.
The cake-bun looks VERY tempting tho.... :)
