Pizza is without a doubt, the greatest food known to man. It is truly a meal for all occasions. You can eat it any time of the day. You can eat it warm or cold. And you can get it in any city
The chewy but not rubbery crust is delectable. That rich robust tomato-ey sauce spread over it longingly lovingly layering and protecting it from loneliness.
Cheese is an ideal covering as well. It adds a new level of texture and taste. It’s ooey gooey goodness melting all over it. Cheese pizza is amazing. However, why stop there?
Next, we have the grand finale; meat and more meat. I love all types of meat. I am an unabashed carnivore. I also love meat on my pizza. Still, not all meats go on a pizza. For example, chicken does not belong on a pizza. That is a waste of good chicken and a good pizza. Chicken goes with pizza, just not on it.
In fact, the number one item that goes on a pizza is pig. Cow is good too. But for a pizza to be complete it must have some pig on it; pepperoni, sausage, bacon, ham. You get the idea. I am convinced that when God created the pig, He had pizza in mind. Can you imagine if a pig came in the size of an elephant? What a wonderful world this would be. I can hear Sam Cooke sing even now. Be still my beating heart. As a side note, some like veggie pizza. Veggies on a pizza are good. But still it must have meat. Otherwise you miss out on a great opportunity.
I once read something about the mystery of pizza. It is round but it comes in a square box. When you serve it, it then becomes a triangle. As people we can be like pizza. We all look different and are different. We come in all shapes and sizes. We all behave differently as well. I thought that was a great observation about the world’s greatest food.
PS – Some pizzas are better than others. May we all strive to be the best pizza we can.

I love eatting and also cooking pizza, too. My favorite toping is Seafood coctail. I used to work in the bakery House and also worked in the pizza company, a franschise of thailand branch. So i quite know much about making pizza in various type.

I used to work at a small local franchise pizza restaurant. Made the dough in a clean, plastic bag filled trashcan, made the sauce, rolled it out and put all the delicious toppings on it. If I wasn't 15 at the time I would have known to write it all down...
The BEST pizza I ever had was when a beautiful Italian girl made it. She made it from scratch for a party. It was amazing.
