To prepare you need:
mackerel freshly frozen 2 3 pieces
salt - 1 table spoon
spices - to taste
garlic - 5-6 denticles
Mackerel wash, gut, cut fins, head and tail, very carefully pull out the spine and bonesGarlic clean, grate or finely chop
Lay mackerel slightly overlapping food film or parchment paper, evenly and abundantly salt, add spices and rubbed garlic
With the help of food film or parchment roll in a tight roll and remove into the refrigerator for 4-5 hours
Next, put the roll in the freezer for a day, this time is enough to roll well about the cheese
When serving, take the roulette from the freezer, let it lie for a while at room temperature for 10 minutes, then cut it into pieces with a sharp knife and serve it to the table.
If you do not cut the whole roll, then the rest of the roll should be put back in the freezer
