Looks tasty. Chiptole is the way to go! :) So far this year I've had great success with different chiptole combinations. One with china-cabbage as we call it in Norway (thats unlikely the correct word in english), a cabbage/ salad hybrid would be a precise enough desciption for those who know it. With fried cheese on top. Slow cooked burger to keep it as flat as possible.
