Ingredients :
Chicken Legs 4
Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
Ingredients for Chaat Masala:
Chili powder 1 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1-1/2 tbsp
Coriander 1-1/2 tbsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Tatric acid ¼ tsp
Cooking Method:
1- In a spice grinder, add all the ingredients of chaat masala and grind to a fine powder.
2- In a bowl add chicken, yogurt and chaat masala, mix well and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
3- In a steamer place the chicken and cook on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes and serve hot.
